  • People for Pets will host Building Hope with a Haunt on Saturday, Oct 25 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 360 Main Event Center in Twin Falls to raise funds for an animal shelter expansion—plans include a new annex for cats and an onsite surgery room with tickets priced at $25 in advance or $30 at the door.  KMVT
  • Eight families in Magic Valley got keys to new homes after nearly a year of work with a program run by South Central Community Action Partnership—each homeowner worked 35 hours a week before moving in. The group will build more houses in Jerome and Buhl soon.  KMVT
