Buhl local Nancy Moudy built Cowboy Christmas, a year-round village featuring over 2,000 houses and themed sections highlighting veterans and Idaho landscapes — she said it honors a family legacy and the true spirit of Christmas.

The village opens at West End Senior Center on Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. with a Santa visit and pasta dinner at 5 p.m.
