ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Drivers in Twin Falls face long delays on I-84 due to repeated construction that has forced detours and lane closures throughout the summer — an issue that contributed to a fatal accident in the Treasure Valley this week. KEZJ
- ➤ Idaho concluded the 100 Deadliest Days with 88 fatalities, up from 82 last year, as officials noted more people traveled and celebrated during fall. ITD and OHS plan to improve roadway safety by expanding driver education and outreach programs (targeting speeding, seatbelt use, and alcohol impairment) while Twin Falls recorded 6 deaths (part of 25 fatalities in the Magic Valley).
