  • Magic Valley ComicCon 2025 will be held on September 13 and 14 at the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds in Filer—changing from last year's Magic Valley Mall location. Attendees will meet celebrities like Jason Lee, Ethan Suplee, and JoeyLaurenAdams for autographs and photos.  1310 KLIX

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • City leaders gathered at 2nd South Market to hold the Twin Falls State of the City Address and explain that a nearly 10% population growth over the past five years is driving improvements—such as expanded parks, a study of a new Perrine Bridge crossing, and SLFRF-funded low-income housing. Mayor Ruth Pierce and other officials said the city is adjusting services to meet the needs of both residents and visitors.  KMVT
  • Twin Falls officials are holding a public meeting today to review plans for a roundabout at a busy intersection—officials say the project will increase safety and improve traffic flow.  Times-News
