- ➤ City leaders gathered at 2nd South Market to hold the Twin Falls State of the City Address and explain that a nearly 10% population growth over the past five years is driving improvements—such as expanded parks, a study of a new Perrine Bridge crossing, and SLFRF-funded low-income housing. Mayor Ruth Pierce and other officials said the city is adjusting services to meet the needs of both residents and visitors. KMVT
