- ➤ Idaho’s average hourly wage increased by $1.35 to $28.10 in 2024 and the wage midpoint rose to $22.34, with gains seen in six of seven regions and Pocatello earning over $2 more per hour. Southwest Idaho recorded the highest wage numbers while Boise and Idaho Falls added over 14,000 and 2,800 jobs respectively. KMVT
