GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ U.S. Senators Jim Risch, Mike Crapo, and Eric Schmitt introduced the Graham Hoffman Act—legislation that will make assaulting first responders a federal crime and increase penalties after a June 29 ambush that killed two firefighters and injured another. The bill honors first responder Graham Hoffman, who was killed on duty earlier this year, and follows recent violent attacks on those who serve our communities. Local News 8
