ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A crop duster made an emergency landing near Dietrich Thursday morning on Bureau of Land Management land — the pilot experienced an engine blowout mid-flight and landed safely — and the Lincoln County Sheriff's Officer responded just before 11 a.m. with no injuries reported. KMVT

- ➤ The Uvalde Foundation For Kids has canceled its 10-day multi-state ground search for missing teens Allen Larand Fisher and Rachelle 'Shelly' Leray Fischer after new information indicated they are being held by FLDS members in one location. The foundation said it will continue investigating & following all leads to locate the children. KMVT

- ➤ Residents in Twin Falls are urged to check their refrigerators after Kraft Heinz Foods recalled more than 367,000 pounds of fully cooked turkey bacon on July 2 due to a risk of Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Consumers should discard or return any product with the affected UPCs and use by dates — a precaution taken despite no illnesses being reported. 1310 KLIX
- ➤ The Department of Health and Welfare issued an advisory for Murtaugh Lake after tests showed high levels of toxic cyanobacteria, telling residents to avoid contact with the water—children and pets should be kept away and the water is not safe for drinking or cooking. KMVT
