- ➤ The Twin Falls Rotary Club will host the 14th annual Ice Cream Funday event in City Park on Saturday, July 19 from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.—adults will pay $10 and children 11 and under will pay $5 while visitors taste and vote on 20 different ice cream flavors. 1310 KLIX
- ➤ The Magic Valley Amateur Radio Club took part in a nationwide emergency communications drill called field day on Saturday that lasted for a full day. The exercise prepared local HAM operators to exchange call signs and support authorities in a disaster — a test of their emergency readiness. KMVT
