- ➤ The Idaho Transportation Department has identified that the deadliest hour on Idaho roads—4:00 to 5:00 Saturday afternoon when drivers rush home—has seen 94 deaths this year compared to 88 by mid-June last year, and law enforcement warn that distracted driving and other risky behaviors heighten the danger. - ➤ The Museum of Idaho will bring back guided tours of Keefer's Island in mid-July, giving visitors a rare chance to explore the off-limits island and its original log cabin near the Snake River Walk.
