- ➤ Western Days is a multi-day community event in Twin Falls that will begin Friday, May 30 at noon with food vendors and rides. The celebration will continue at Twin Falls City Park with a parade starting Saturday at 9 a.m.—and live music, car shows, and vendors on Sunday until 7 p.m. 1310 KLIX
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Emergency crews shut down a section of I-84 near Bliss after two crashes caused lane closures—one at about 1 p.m. with a burned semitruck and pickup truck that claimed a life, and a second at about 2 p.m. involving a black Jeep and semitruck that also resulted in a fatality, with eastbound lanes not expected to reopen until around 5 p.m. KMVT

- ➤ A cow moose and her calf were relocated from Twin Falls Dam Park after being seen near town—another moose was removed from Burley after wandering into the area, and no one was hurt. 1310 KLIX

- ➤ Idaho consumers are urged to discard recalled Dinty Moore beef stew made by Hormel Food Corporation after reports of wood pieces in some cans, and the recall affects products sold in Idaho, Utah, and Washington. The 20oz cans carry a best-by date of FEB 2028 (T02045) and should be removed from pantries immediately. KEZJ
- ➤ Hormel Food Corporation is recalling 256,185 pounds of Dinty Moore beef stew sold in Idaho, Utah, and Washington due to reports that the product may contain wood pieces.
