- ➤ Idaho Power is asking state regulators to approve a 3% rate increase that will take effect on June 1 due to low water supply, while noting its rates remain 20+ percent below the national average. KMVT

- ➤ Fish and Game warns hikers that black bears are emerging from hibernation from mid-March into April in Wood River Valley. Conservation officer Clint Rogers (IDFG) advised securing trash and pet food, keeping pets leashed and hiking in groups to avoid encounters as bears search for food. KMVT
