  • Twin Falls School District will cut 20 staff positions as enrollment falls and the new Elevate Academy opens this fall on Harrison Street South. Superintendent Brady Dickinson said the district will consider retirements and pending staff departures before making final decisions.  KMVT

  • The Idaho State Department of Agriculture is increasing monitoring for quagga mussels on the Snake River today as boating season begins; the agency urges boaters to clean, drain, and dry watercraft at hot wash stations at Centennial Park, Shoshone Falls, and Twin Falls Reservoir to prevent further spread.  KMVT

  • The Idaho National Guard has deployed over 300 troops from the 124th Fighter Wing, including A-10 Warthogs, for Operation Epic Fury abroad today. Governor Little and Maj. Gen. Tim Donnellan praised the troops + their families for their service.  KEZJ
