Northbound drivers leaving Twin Falls must use the existing westbound onramp—typically for southbound traffic—and drive carefully in the construction zone.

Filer Fire District Chief Phil Roberts said the Quick Response Unit (which helps fill emergency gaps when paramedics are busy) may be discontinued due to volunteer and funding shortages, with the final decision set for April 13 by the Filer Fire Commission.
