- ➤ A 33-year-old Kenworth semi truck driver from Dietrich lost control on I-84 at mile marker 148 near Twin Falls on April 4th at 8:25 a.m.—he was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene when his truck rolled into the median. KEZJ
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Yesterday, FFA members in Twin Falls met new friends and attended sessions with guest speakers—competitions offered chance for scholarships. The convention will end today—new leaders will be elected and a dance will be held. KMVT
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Twin Falls city workers are investigating a mysterious foam that appeared in the wastewater system on Sunday around noon and believe soap or detergent from a local business may have caused the disruption. Officials have asked the public to share any information as they work to prevent costly interruptions in treatment. 1310 KLIX
- ➤ Twin Falls officials reported that wastewater discharge likely from a business caused excessive foaming and said they will investigate the source to ensure compliance with local standards. The probe will help determine if any further action is needed. Times-News
