- ➤ On May 19, voters in Filer will decide on a $650,000 supplemental levy that will fund staffing, supplies, and extracurricular activities. If approved, the levy will have no tax cost for taxpayers because of a school facilities offset, helping prevent cuts in school programs. KMVT
- ➤ Bickel Elementary School's dual immersion program is accepting applications for next school year, with info sessions planned for Tuesday at 6 p.m. + April 21 at 6 p.m. at the school; applications are due by May 1 via lottery. KMVT
- ➤ The College of Southern Idaho’s planetarium and Centennial Observatory provide Twin Falls residents with world-class stargazing, science screenings and research opportunities. The community-funded facilities host regular events and accessible viewing sessions (including telescope tours) to bring the cosmos closer to all. KMVT
