- ➤ Three Creek's Katie Brackett was crowned Miss Teen Rodeo Idaho after a five-day contest of horsemanship, public speaking, and rodeo knowledge, and celebrated milestone with coronation party Saturday. A sixth-generation cattle rancher and Utah State sophomore, she makes history as part of the first mother-daughter duo in pageant history. KMVT
- ➤ Magic Valley residents attended the first gaming convention on Saturday to play 340 board games in tournaments at a local venue. Organizer Logan Godfrey said he plans another event next year if the convention is a success. KMVT
