- ➤ Idaho taxpayers may face processing and refund delays as the State Tax Commission updates forms, software, and internal systems to implement tax changes from House Bill 559. Taxpayers needing to meet the April 15 deadline can request an automatic filing extension while the commission refines new deduction rules. KMVT
