- ➤ Twin Falls County businesses Brady's and Magic Valley Brewing closed permanently after decades of service, leaving an empty showroom on Shoshone Street and marking the end of a beloved era in Buhl. The closures were noticed just after Christmas and confirmed two weeks ago. 1310 KLIX

- ➤ In Buhl, farmers keep last year’s harvest in large bins so they can wait for better market prices later in the season. One farmer said his bin holds 20,000 bushels and he monitors temperature and moisture closely to avoid spoilage before the next harvest. KMVT

- ➤ Canyon Ridge High School cut vaping and substance violations from 181 to 38 cases in one year after installing vape detectors in bathrooms and using metal detector wands as part of new prevention programs; the school partnered with South Central Public Health to offer after-school classes for affected students. - ➤ The Twin Falls Canal Company project is advancing well ahead of schedule – work began last October and state funding has boosted canal improvements to enhance water efficiency for local farmers.
