- ➤ Boise State University’s Institute of Advancing American Values is touring the state with one of the earliest printings of the Declaration of Independence to mark America’s 250th birthday early. - ➤ Idaho Fish and Game warned that mild weather and minimal snowpack have kept elk herds at higher elevations, leading them to move near Bliss and risk crop damage. Officials advise residents to keep a safe distance and not feed the animals (using a telephoto lens for photos is recommended). KEZJ
